We came from Ontario and had to buy our new home without actually seeing it in person. Karen, with all of her expertise - virtual and technological - made sure that it was as close an experience to "real life" as it could be - having to be our eyes. She always made sure that if we had any questions that they got answered immediately. She also goes that extra mile for her clients and gets things done that should be done that we might not have thought of ourselves! Working with people from out of province who are unable to come out and see places must present a whole new set of challenges on top of the regular ones - ones that Karen rose to beautifully and always cheerfully! We are very pleased with our new home - and we know that this is Karen's bottom line - her client's satisfaction. She was obviously born to have this career and we feel extremely fortunate that our friend recommended her. Thank you so much Karen for all of your hard work on our behalf!!

Karen is exceptional, she stayed upbeat and positive throughout our lengthy condo buying process, her knowledge and expertise of Calgary is amazing !! Karen is exceptional. She is genuinely concerned about us getting a place that fits our preferences. It is not about sales for Karen. She created an excellent connection during the process, making us friends after the sales. She is honest and will tell you what not to buy and why she thinks so. Karen is dedicated to what she does. She is available anytime during the day to pick up her phone. She is a good negotiator, and when she speaks with the seller's realtor, you will think she is negotiating a deal for herself. An excellent team surrounds Karen. Bailey, a wonderful, vibrant lady, and Cliff and Andrew. All act with empathy, and five stars are just not enough

Karen has always been great with us! Keeps us informed and gives us her honest opinion and makes sure our deal works for us. She is also very patient. Our last deal took almost 3 weeks to get done.

Karen and her daughter Bailey were a thoroughly professional and effective team. Karen had suggested I should consider this neighbourhood some time ago and when I started looking in earnest, she identified a prospect that had recently been taken off the market. I was interested and she pursued the opportunity with the realtor and succeeded in getting the owners to list again, and eventually orchestrated a sale. Her initiative and diligence, enabled me to relocate to a community that I find very appealing and will enjoy for many years to come.

Five Stars Just Isn’t Enough! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Karen and Bailey! Moving to a city I had never even visited before and buying my first home was incredibly daunting, but from our very first conversation, she made me feel confident, supported, and genuinely cared for. She truly listened to what I wanted—my lifestyle needs, budget, preferences, and even my gut feelings about certain places. Every property she showed me was thoughtfully chosen, and it was clear she wasn't just trying to make a sale—she was trying to make sure I found somewhere I could really belong. What really stood out to me was how committed she was to my safety and comfort. Knowing I was unfamiliar with the area, she took the time to explain the neighborhoods, nearby amenities, and even small things like where the safest walking routes were. She made sure that the unit I chose not only fit my wishlist, but also felt secure and welcoming. Thanks to her, I now live in a place that feels like home in a city that once felt like a total unknown. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with someone so professional, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Highly, highly recommend!
