I was very glad to have met Karen approximately 8 years ago at an open house. She made the selling of my previous home less daunting and the purchasing of a new home, enjoyable. She is knowledgeable, professional, and you will find her going well above and beyond in the service she provides. I can confidently say Karen is an exceptional Real Estate Agent and there is never hesitation in referring her to others! Truly a very lovely individual to work with!!

Our experience working with Karen was nothing short of exceptional. From our first initial meeting, Karen expressed confidence that the value we needed to make our move was achievable. We felt our home was in great condition, but with Karen’s sharp eye we walked through the house and generated a 3 page to do list prior to listing. With Karen’s help we sold within 3 days. Karen Keveryga is everything you'd hope for in a realtor, and seriously so so much more. Her truly "client-first" approach should not be underestimated. She is incredibly patient, honest and forthright, with the perception of a hawk. As a first-time homebuyer, I was warned *constantly* about how daunting the homebuying process would be - especially in this crazy market. With Karen, we never felt this way. Instead, she was actually able to make the process both comfortable and fun! With Karen you are not dealing with a salesperson, you are being coached by an industry expert who quickly gains a sense of your unique needs. She is not in it to find you a place to live, but instead a place to thrive. We were lucky to also have her husband Cliff as our home inspector - he saved us thousands of dollars in future repair work that the seller's realtor was unaware of. These two are an awesome combo!
