We hired Karen to list our home in Okotoks two years ago - and she worked very hard to find us the right type of buyer - due to the investment that we put into expensive features and upgrades in the home. The market was somewhat slow, so Karen removed our listing, without any questions, despite the amount that she had personally invested in our listing. In the fall of 2021, we contacted her again to list our home - and she not only listed it - but went out of her way to personally accommodate showings. She marketed our home to other agents, and it sold at our list price in a short period of time. Karen is without question, the most professional realtor that I have ever met, and she is honest above reproach. She genuinely cares about her clients, listens to your needs, and works tirelessly to sell your home. Karen is one of the top realtors in the business and she makes sure that the selling experience as stress-free as possible. She is definitely a 5 star PLUS realtor!

This is our second purchase and first sale with Karen and throughout all our transactions she has made herself available for appointments, texts and emails without hesitation. She has followed up with us several times to see how we are settling in and gifted us with outings to local haunts to help us feel at home in our new neighbourhood. During the sale of our home in Midnapore, Karen was brought in as the local expert of our area, and from the moment I met her, I knew she would do great things for us. She is a great listener, has an amzing eye for details and possesses this great energy, which gave me huge confidence in her abilities to act on our behalf. She took the time to sit down with me and asked very thoughtful questions about our home and our neighborhood, in order to better answer any questions which might come up during the open house. She then stayed to help me organize and even helped clean the house so we could be ready for our first showing! She took great care in ensuring all of the details, which would leave a lasting impression on visitors to the house, were perfect.
