I cannot imagine a more competent, savvy realtor than Karen. I have worked with Karen on both a home purchase and a home sale and I cannot say enough good things about her. Karen's communication style is probably her most outstanding feature. Her warm, considerate approach puts people at ease, and she responds to messages right away and is extremely organized. She is also able to adapt her communication style to match the preferences of others, which is extremely important when it comes to building relationships and facilitating negotiations. Karen also employs a strategic approach, thinking carefully about the ideal timing of sales and purchases and taking a long-term view that's in the best interest of her clients. Karen doesn't back away from a challenge and I trust her advice and her approach implicitly. I have recommended Karen to my friends and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Karen's resourcefulness helped my family find and purchase a home that was beyond our best hopes and I am so grateful!

Karen was wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our Father’s condo unit. We are from the states and she coordinated everything between us and our family in Montreal. She knew the market and the price to ask. She did a great job in staging, marketing it, and selling it in 3 days. She went above and beyond! She is very detailed and no question goes un answered. We hired Karen to list our home in Okotoks two years ago - and she worked very hard to find us the right type of buyer - due to the investment that we put into expensive features and upgrades in the home. The market was somewhat slow, so Karen removed our listing, without any questions, despite the amount that she had personally invested in our listing. In the fall of 2021, we contacted her again to list our home - and she not only listed it - but went out of her way to personally accommodate showings. She marketed our home to other agents, and it sold at our list price in a short period of time. In today's real estate market there are a lot of two bit realtors who think they know what is going on, they use all the common cliche's like, "checks all the boxes, gorgeous that and that"... the list goes on. The key to finding a good realtor is evaluating whether you have the right person protecting probably the most important investment people make in their lives and have your interests in mind. This is our second purchase and first sale with Karen and throughout all our transactions she has made herself available for appointments, texts and emails without hesitation. She is one those realtors that really do understand today's market. She has a great network and is very pro-active in staying in touch after the transaction whilst identifying market changes and opportunities.
