A huge thank you to Karen for all of her hard work and expertise in this competitive market. We sold our home February 2022 and couldn’t have been in better hands with Karen. If it wasn’t for her experienced expertise in this kind of market - we would not been able to handle all the competitive offers - as well as people trying to barge in to get showings when they had not booked! We have been blessed by how smooth and seamless the whole process has gone and we truly believe it wouldn’t have gone that way without Karen. I would recommend Karen a thousand times over! Her eye for detail is bar none and you will always be in good hands - whether buying or selling.

One day early February I decided to put my home on the market. It sold last week and last night all waivers from the purchaser were removed! Done!!!SOLD. Yay. Karen Keveryga is truly one amazing friend and realtor! One of Karens many talents is her staging background. She came in and told me if I want the price I was looking for I needed to do a few things to make my home stand out above the many that are on the market. I knew the housing inventory was high and buyers are few in this market right now. Karen's eye to have perfect pictures to market ones home to attract potential buyers proved to be once again a huge success. If one looks at any other realtors photos they market for their clients, one can spot a home professionally staged by Karen immediately. The proof is in the photos! When the buyers realtor sends a text saying how immaculate etc my home is it truly reflects my values. I can't express how much gratitude I have for my amazing realtor Karen. She removes friendship out of the equation and isall about business from start to finish , but I still get that added bonus of my beautiful friends advice. Karen once again, thank you so much. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing friend in you. And even more blessed to have the professional side of you as well. Now time to move on and start planning the next chapter of my life. Exciting!

When I was thinking about selling my home, my brother highly recommended his realtor, Karen. My daughter, who is a lawyer, suggested I should interview a few realtors before making my final decision. Karen was the only female realtor I interviewed. I also interviewed two male realtors, who had both been recommended by friends. We spent 90 minutes together first discussing logistics and having Karen answer all of my questions. Afterwards, we walked through my entire home with Karen asking pointed questions and making meaningful suggestions along the way. I was glad my daughter was with me in order to take notes, as Karen is a bit of a tornado once she gets going, pointing out which pieces of furniture need to be removed for staging and advising that brand new light bulbs are a must. In walking through my home, perhaps the female touch helped, Karen noticed items that the two male realtors missed. She complimented my new linen cupboard doors in the hallway and advised that the laundry tub in the basement was a nice touch. Afterwards, I called her the barracuda because she did not hold anything back when objectively analyzing the place I had called home for the past 31 years. When the door closed, my daughter said she would hire Karen in a second! I do not think I fully appreciated Karen's many talents until after I had interviewed the next two realtors, who were both more interested in complimenting me on my home and did not offer me any staging advice. I really felt like I received more bang for my buck for the 90 minutes I spent with Karen as opposed to the up to two hours I spent with the other realtors. Karen also provided me with a contact who would hold an estate sale for me afterwards for anything I would be unable to take to my apartment. I was also impressed with the listing price Karen came up with for me. It was very well thought-out. She also provided me with the suggested price range for which the sale would end up closing and the predicted time frame for which my home would be on the market before selling. It ended up selling for $10,000 more than the price one realtor had suggested listing my home for to begin with. The other realtor had just given me a price range - and had left it up to me to decide the price! Karen also looked after the ongoing discussions between her and the buyers' realtor and only contacted me once a decision was required on my part. I advised her that her barracuda came out in dealing with the other realtor and although at first she was taken aback by my descriptor, she now wears this moniker with pride, as she should. I truly think Karen is the best in the business and she will definitely get the job done. Karen comes with my highest recommendation.

I can not say enough to fully explain how wonderful Karen Keveryga truly is. This Amazing lady is beyond professional, kind, attentive, observant, organized & such a beautiful human being!! I have never met or dealt with a realtor like Karen, she works so hard & always goes beyond for her clients. Thank You Karen once again for your services & your friendship that I cherish. Adrian & I just love our new home that you help us find & for also selling our other home in one day!!! We Just Adore You!

It is hard to choose a descriptor when you are trying to describe the work that Karen puts into every deal. Selling a home is not always a happy or exciting prospect for people and it sometimes comes with "stuff". I felt her kindness and integrity through some of the hard stuff and the strength, knowledge and pride in her craft guiding me through the process when I was too tired and sometimes defeated. She will be a part of my next purchase because she has done more than earn my respect, she has my trust. I look forward to celebrating the new story and glad to have her share it with me!

Karen really listens to what her clients are looking for and truly puts her clients first. We always felt as though we were her only client. We were selling and buying in a relatively short timeframe, we had a good idea of the area we wanted to be in, the style of home we were looking for and of course, the amount we wanted to spend. Karen would provide listings that fit our criteria for what we were looking for and didn't ever try to take us to look at houses that were out of our price range, not our style or in an area that wouldn't suit our lifestyle. When looking at homes, Karen was always honest in her feedback and she always provides data to support what the market is showing even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear. She wanted to ensure that we were getting what we wanted at the price we wanted. She keeps you informed at every step in the process and is always willing to answer a call, text or email when you have a question, are looking for info or a recommendation. She provides balance when you let your emotions sneak in to the transaction, she listens and always wants to do what is best for her client. We will continue to go to Karen for all of our Real Estate transactions, it's always a great experience.
