Karen did a fantastic job helping me find and purchase my first home! She was very patient as we looked through many properties, and help identify the positives and negatives of each individual home. The best part of the experience was the consistent updates on available properties, what comparable homes were selling for, and which ones provided the best value for my needs.

Karen is an amazing realtor!! I cannot stress enough how hard she worked to get us our new home and help us sell our old one. Her knowledge and expertise is above any other realtor we have worked with in the past. She is on top of everything and was never too busy to answer a question or provide information or solutions to optimize our purchase or sale. She was available whenever we needed her and spent a significant amount of time making sure we were on the right track. Her assistant Bailey was also amazing and between the two of them, got our old home in ship shape and staged for the sale that couldn’t have been quicker or better. What a great team they were. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Karen found us our first home! First time home owners here.. and moving our family from BC to Alberta was a super intimidating thought let alone buying our first place while out of province but Karen made it a super smooth and easy process. How could you do anything but give Karen a 5 Star review. I didn't know Realtors like her existed! I feel like she has become a lifelong friend. She far exceeded our expectations in all areas and would highly, highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller.
