Karen is the BEST! This is the second time she has been my realtor and she will be my realtor for life! Karen works incredibly hard and always with a smile on her face. She took the time to get to know us and hone in on exactly what we wanted (even if we didn’t know it yet)! Her knowledge of the city and what to look for in neighbourhoods houses is outstanding. We loved how she would walk through properties with us and point out key things we didn’t know to look for. She exceeded all expectations and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Karen is a tough negotiator and got our house for under asking in this crazy market. She is truly a gem! Thank you for helping us find our home - we couldn’t be happier!

Karen was amazing from first interview thru helping me buy a home when I was out of province . She worked so effectively with my son and daughter in law to help guide them in a walk thru and assist me to purchase my villa over the phone .z. She also stepped up to help me get my home ready for sale. She has very good ideas re: staging the home and helped me see how I could do some renovations once I purchased the villa. She works very well to ensure her customer comes first. . I would recommend Karen to friends interested in selling or buying.
