It was the most amazing experience to work with Karen. Karen gave our family the opportunity to realize a dream to start our oldest son on the path of home owning. She was super knowledgeable of the market and consistently gave us opportunities and recommendations that meet our exact needs. Karen was always available for viewings or consult on various topics. She is an amazing negotiator and given the extremely tight market was able to totally surpass all our expectations. In addition to working with Karen she was able to recommend to us a number of high performing individuals and services that completely simplified our transaction. I honestly can not recommend Karen and her team enough it was the most amazing experience and we look forward to many years of opportunities to work together. Karen is the best realtor and the most amazing person we were very lucky to have the opportunity to meet and get to know.

How could you do anything but give Karen a 5 Star review. I didn't know Realtors like her existed! I feel like she has become a lifelong friend. She far exceeded our expectations in all areas and would highly, highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller.

We have done several transactions with Karen through an estate process, and ultimately she found us out forever home. Karen guided us through each sale or buy with not only her extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, but also with compassion and caring for us as people. We think of her more of a friend that is a realtor than a realtor that is a friend. She truly cares and works tirelessly to find the best deal for you. I don’t know where to begin, except to say that you absolutely will not find a better, more knowledgeable or committed realtor than Karen. This is my second time owning but first solo ownership. I was nervous about the process given the current economy but Karen made it seamless from start to finish. What I loved most about Karen is that she gets to know her clients on a personal level. She cares about what they are looking for down to the last detail and she will not let you buy something that you won’t love or see yourself living in longterm. I can’t tell you how many times she told me “this isn’t the one” and we moved on to the next one. Without that confidence, I would have never found my gorgeous home.
