If I was to describe Karen using only one word I would say, fantastic! She is a truly dedicated realtor committed to providing the most efficient and knowledgeable service at any time of the day. She constantly stayed in touch with me and always provided calm support when I felt overwhelmed by the speed of things evolving. She is a truly dedicated professional with an enduring spirit to help and support, even after the sale was over. It was such a pleasure working with her. I feel I have a new life-long friend.

We have done several transactions with Karen through an estate process, and ultimately she found us out forever home. Karen guided us through each sale or buy with not only her extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, but also with compassion and caring for us as people. I don’t know where to begin, except to say that you absolutely will not find a better, more knowledgeable or committed realtor than Karen. This is my second time owning but first solo ownership. I was nervous about the process given the current economy but Karen made it seamless from start to finish. What I loved most about Karen is that she gets to know her clients on a personal level. She cares about what they are looking for down to the last detail and she will not let you buy something that you won’t love or see yourself living in longterm. I can’t tell you how many times she told me “this isn’t the one” and we moved on to the next one. Without that confidence, I would have never found my gorgeous home. I cannot imagine a more competent, savvy realtor than Karen. I have worked with Karen on both a home purchase and a home sale and I cannot say enough good things about her. Karen's communication style is probably her most outstanding feature. Her warm, considerate approach puts people at ease, and she responds to messages right away and is extremely organized. She is also able to adapt her communication style to match the preferences of others, which is extremely important when it comes to building relationships and facilitating negotiations. Karen also employs a strategic approach, thinking carefully about the ideal timing of sales and purchases and taking a long-term view that's in the best interest of her clients. Karen doesn't back away from a challenge and I trust her advice and her approach implicitly. I have recommended Karen to my friends and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Karen's resourcefulness helped my family find and purchase a home that was beyond our best hopes and I am so grateful!

Karen was wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our Father’s condo unit. We are from the states and she coordinated everything between us and our family in Montreal. She knew the market and the price to ask. She did a great job in staging, marketing it, and selling it in 3 days. She went above and beyond! She is very detailed and no question goes un answered.
