We worked with Karen long distance from Ontario to find our home here in Calgary. We were on a time crunch and when we started our search Karen was on vacation. She still made it a priority every day to send us listings and answer questions. By the time we arrived in Calgary, Karen had all our showings arranged and our itinerary organized for our week of house hunting. We were downsizing and not sure exactly what to look for. Karen really listened and helped to make the decision more clear. She found listings to suit our needs and kept us on track and focused. Working with Karen made us feel that we were in good hands. Karen is an experienced professional. She knows the Calgary market very well as well as the Calgary culture which is an important factor when choosing a home and neighbourhood. Karen was excellent in negotiating the purchase price of our home. She advocated for us strongly during the process and we were very happy with the end result. She covered every base! Karen is a great communicator and always returns calls, texts ,emails right away. Karen also was a great resource in connecting us with local contractors, trades and other professionals. She knows all the go-to people that you may need to connect with when buying a home and settling in to a new neighbourhood. You can easily tell that Karen loves what she does! She is energetic and very personable. She's organized and efficient. She works hard for you to meet all of your real estate needs! She has followed up with us several times to see how we are settling in and gifted us with outings to local haunts to help us feel at home in our new neighbourhood. We would not hesitate to recommend Karen and we plan on engaging her services again in the future.

During the sale of our home in Midnapore, Karen was brought in as the local expert of our area, and from the moment I met her, I knew she would do great things for us. She is a great listener, has an amzing eye for details and possesses this great energy, which gave me huge confidence in her abilities to act on our behalf. She took the time to sit down with me and asked very thoughtful questions about our home and our neighborhood, in order to better answer any questions which might come up during the open house. She then stayed to help me organize and even helped clean the house so we could be ready for our first showing! She took great care in ensuring all of the details, which would leave a lasting impression on visitors to the house, were perfect. The open house was a smashing success and we sold our house very quickly. We could not have made it through these busy times without her help! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone!

We recently bought a home and sold a home, very very quickly, both with the assistance of Karen Keveryga. I don’t think it could have happened without her! Karen is knowledgeable, she is tenacious, she is infallible. And personable does not even come close to describing Karen. She is completely dedicated to her clients (who closes a deal after 11:00pm on New Years Eve?). Karen Keveryga guided us through the excitement and challenges of buying our first home and we are so happy to have her on our side. I had the pleasure of working with Karen when I was looking for a house in Calgary, she was recommended by my relocation company. From the very first visit, she made my family and I feel very comfortable. She asked questions to determine what our interests, likes, dislikes were and she was extremely detail-orientated. She supported herself with facts and figures which always made it easier to determine value outside of the emotional aspect. The more time we spent together looking at house, the more familiar she became with our requirements and house we viewed started to represent what we were really looking for – and let me tell, we were not an easy family to deal with!!! Each person had some unique requirements. Karen was so in tune with my family, that she quickly sensed my daughter’s discomfort in one house that we viewed. During the time we spent together, Karen constantly kept me updated with new listings and each time we added a new community to our search she would scan all listings in that area. She was efficient, always well prepared for my questions and during viewings and very candid in her advice. We placed offers on two homes, both very different scenarios, and Karen sifted through each one with different strategies to ensure that she represented our best interests. I honestly believe that Karen is in this business because she is passionate about real estate and not just because it is a pay-cheque. Where other realtors stay away from showing their clients homes that are listed by discounted agents, Karen found one house right within our requirements that was listed by a discount agent but she did not hesitate in sending me the listing and setting up a showing. We fell in love with this house and I expressed concern about her fees to which she responded “that has nothing to do with you, I will negotiate my own fees with the seller.” In spite of this situation and this being the house we ended up buying, Karen’s service level never deteriorated throughout the buying process. I have no hesitance in recommending Karen as your next real estate professional – if I could use just three words to describe her, they would be passionate, empathetic, caring, efficient, friendly, adaptable, professional.................the list goes on, I cannot limit myself to just three words!!! Thank you Karen, for helping us find our lovely new home – I am sure we will enjoy it tremendously and I look forward to having coffee with you after we have settled in so that I can share with you our joys in our home.

We can't even begin to explain what a pleasure it's been to work with Karen Keveryga and her team for the sale of our home. Right from the initial consultation, up to possession date, she kept us fully informed with every little detail, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of our options throughout the sale process. Her prior background in home staging really helped our place look immaculate for the listing photos (which were fantastic by the way!). Most Realtors are hesitant to do open houses as it's not the best use of their time. Not Karen! We had two open houses in the span of two weeks, one of which she coordinated with the seller of another unit in our complex. Three weeks after listing and nine showings later she was able to close a deal for us at FULL LIST PRICE! Whether you're buying or selling, Karen should definitely be a top consideration as your agent!
