<p><br /> Peter's straight forward attitude is just what you need in a realtor. He is always prepared and ready to answer any questions that you might have. He has excellent knowledge of both ends of the process and he is not afraid to say he has to get back to you to make sure you have the best information. He started the process with a trip to my home and visit to similar homes in the area. it was something that I had never thought of but really set me up for success in preparing and pricing my home. He made a list of a few suggestions to get ready for the process I followed his suggestions and was very happy that I did. I made sure to get my financing in order. I decluttered and cleaned my home. I made sure to make any touch ups or repairs that a buyer may see as problematic and ordered any necessary paper work. When he sent the photographers my home was ready to go without any additional staging or cost for me. Even i was impressed by the photos taken by the photographers. they really showed off my homes assets. The pictures were up and the bookings flooded in and 24 hours later I had multiple viewings and multiple offers. It only took one day on the market to sell my home. I feel that Peter's knowledge of the market helped us price the home well. Also his knowledge of the process and his suggestions made sure that I was ready. He helped me to navigate the offer process as this the first time I have ever sold a house. We ended up getting more then the asking prices with almost no conditions. I am beyond happy with the process and the end result of working with Peter. His professional attitude and good nature made a complex and potential stressful process seem much more enjoyable. Peter is the right agent to help you navigate the sales process.</p>
