We signed on with Pete and made the perfect plan. It was perfect until it wasn’t. As things went sideways, Pete was present and persistent. He he put his reputation and own money out there. His advice was always blunt and professional, and we needed that. He also has a great sense of humour!

I was short for time and needed to sell my place immediately. Then there was Pete Chapman that made it happen. I have to say he’s at the top when it comes to buying or selling homes. Over the top and ahead of the game in what he does. Totally amazing! I’d give him 10 stars. Thanks Pete for all your help

Pete helped us sell a property we bought with him about 2 years ago... the market changed pretty fast and I was shocked by the absence of activity. Pete was always on top of giving me the data and making recommendations and he always stayed positive and reassured me that we would sell. He did multiple open houses and really tried to get us as much feedback as possible. We wound up getting an offer but the buyer was very challenging to work with and Pete just stayed totally calm and solutions oriented at all times and really helped us at every step. We are are so happy we chose to work with Pete again and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in a tough market.
