<p>Changed my opinion of at least one realtor!<br /> He was an absolute pleasure to work with!</p> <p>I will be calling Peter again when I buy or sell again in the Calgary Market.</p>

<p>Peter is very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and took care to understand our needs and goals in both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. He provided great advice throughout the entire process: from helping us to determine the listing price, evaluating market conditions and factors related to responding to the level of interest that our home was generating, working through negotiations with the purchaser, right through to helping us to locate and close on our new home at the best price possible. He also provided assistance in locating and engaging other professionals required in the process.</p> <p>His number one priority throughout our engagement with him has been our confidence and satisfaction with the process and the outcomes. He is realistic in his advice, but we never felt pressured to make decisions we weren't ready to make. He always had time to talk, meet us at prospective homes, provide us with professional advice based on his extensive experience and research, and he followed up quickly with every question we had. Thank you so much Peter for all of your help during this very busy and stressful time - and for making this such a great experience!</p>

<p>My wife and I just bought our first home with Peter and we were both incredibly happy with his work. I had high expectations because one of my parents is an excellent Realtor on the West Coast and Peter exceeded those expectations. Peter is always available and works hard for his clients. He even came out on his birthday to get us set up for our building inspection (He didn't mention it. The building inspectors found out and told us). Peter has a tonne of good contacts, which helped us get set up easily. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the market and even co-developed an app that tracks real-estate data. Peter is also a great negotiator, and was able to bring down the price on our modestly priced townhouse by $11,500 with only 1.5 weeks on the market. I would definitely recommend Peter and would contact him again if we sell in a few years.</p>

<p>Peter helped us find our dream home and made the transition painless. Though we weren't sure what we were looking for, Peter was patient with us and took time to learn about what would be a good fit. He was always available to show us properties, and his insight and experience were always valuable. Throughout the process, Peter was more than a realtor; he was looking out for our best interests. In the end, we found a perfect home in a great area; it was exactly in our price range. Though there was a great deal of competition, Peter helped us choose a bidding price that got us the house and saved us the most money. Peter Chapman is a true professional with the highest standards of service.</p>

<p>It would be difficult to overstate the quality of service that Peter provided during the process of selling our house. We chose him on the basis of his reputation and were surprised to discover that even the most positive reviews did not do him justice. He performed a comprehensive, ongoing analysis of comparable homes in our neighborhood to ensure our pricing was appropriate. He sought feedback from every agent who requested a showing. He used his many referral sources to help us prepare our house, make needed repairs, and complete necessary paperwork. Most importantly, he educated us at critical points in the process so that we could make the best decisions. Throughout, he was professional, hard-working, and accountable. Simply put: Peter Chapman is an excellent realtor.</p>

<p>After decided to list, we called Peter after noticing a similar property he had listed in the area. After talking on the phone and then meeting him in person at the property I know that I could work with him. We had direct but personable conversation on important topics concerning; condition of property, required repairs, items hurting potential sale, listing price etc. I have used other realtors (including commercial) in the past but felt Peter was going to work hard for us.</p> <p>Using Peter's property comparison tool, his knowledge of the area (Northmount) and style of house (older rental) we could assess the realistic listing price. He gave great suggestions to help prepare the property for an open house which he personally attended (vs. sending a rep). An offer came through from the open house and Peter worked hard to obtain a fair closing price, at 98.5% of list.</p> <p>Peter filtered through the 45 page inspection report so items could be properly negotiated and addressed for the sale to be finalized. Peter helped reduce the stress of this step from his experience and professionalism. We were on and off the market inside of 2 weeks of calling Peter.</p> <p>We would definitely use Peter again and were happy to have found someone with his caliber. Great job Peter.</p>
