Pete was great from the beginning. When we interviewed him, his energy and enthusiasm is what made us choose him over the other agents we interviewed. We felt like he was honest and we could trust him. We were new to the city and confused about the areas and he was able to guide us properly. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and would always come up with ideas on how to make the decision making easier. He was very responsive and communicative and not pushy at all. Purchased a Quarter Section with Pete and I was really happy with everything. I was pretty particular with what I wanted and we wound up spending over a year looking at various places and going through the potential ups and downs of each one before finding the right place. Pete was all over it. He chased every detail he could get on each place and made some really good points about why not to go after places. I never felt like he was just trying to hurry a deal. The house on the property we got had a a few issues and Pete worked with the agent to get the answers and inspections. He also helped answer a lot of questions about the financing options and how to make the offer. He's a great guy too... we had lots of good laughs along the way. Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with. We sold my townhouse for 45K over the list price and 65K more than a property in the same complex that sold with another agent only 1 month earlier. Pete knew exactly what to do to maximize the exposure of my townhouse and what to do inside to make sure it sold for the most possible. He ran national social media advertising with a pre-listing ad and hosted an open house that pulled in the buyer. We had 5 offers on the property and Pete negotiated the best possible outcome. I could not believe the results... This was actually my 2nd time working with Pete as he helped sell my Mother's house in Lakeview a couple of years ago.
