<p>Pete helped me buy an investment property in Canyon Meadows and everything worked out great. He saw the place on the first day it came on the market and we were the first people to write an offer and wound up getting it for less than asking. <p>I was looking for a condo in Okotoks and I was on a pretty tight budget. Peter showed me quite a few places and never hesitated to jump in the car when a new place came up in my price range. We found a place and after he had his lawyer review the condo docs we decided against the purchase. I was so grateful to have this advice because if I had gone through with it I would have been stuck with a lemon. A unit came up in the building that I had my eye on for a couple of years and Pete was there on the first day and even managed to get the price reduced. I was really happy with Pete and would use him again.</p>
