<p>I was looking for a condo in Okotoks and I was on a pretty tight budget. Peter showed me quite a few places and never hesitated to jump in the car when a new place came up in my price range. We found a place and after he had his lawyer review the condo docs we decided against the purchase. I was so grateful to have this advice because if I had gone through with it I would have been stuck with a lemon. A unit came up in the building that I had my eye on for a couple of years and Pete was there on the first day and even managed to get the price reduced. I was really happy with Pete and would use him again.</p>

<p>Great overall experience. Pete was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. He was very patient and willing to assist in any way he could. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a house.</p>

<p>We would highly recommend working with Peter, we had some very specific items we were looking for in the home we were purchasing and he listened to our wish list and tried to find us homes to view that fit that list. When we did look at a home he had already done the comparibles in the area which allowed us to make an informed decision.<br /> We had a home we really liked and the price was reduced he had called us first thing in the morning to let us know and we were the first ones in the look at the home and he worked diligently with the selling realtors to make sure that the purchase went through.<br /> Peter works with you and explains every step through the process and was even able to recommend a lawyer and mortgage broker to make the process simple.</p>

<p>Peter made buying my first house easy and completely stress free. He knows every detail of the market extremely well and uses this knowledge along with his years of experience to effectively take you through every step along the way. From viewing homes at the beginning to closing the offer, Peter was always one step ahead and made the whole process hassle free. I highly recommend Peter as a real estate agent to anybody and would definitely use him again myself in the future.</p>
