<p>We would highly recommend working with Peter, we had some very specific items we were looking for in the home we were purchasing and he listened to our wish list and tried to find us homes to view that fit that list. When we did look at a home he had already done the comparibles in the area which allowed us to make an informed decision.<br /> We had a home we really liked and the price was reduced he had called us first thing in the morning to let us know and we were the first ones in the look at the home and he worked diligently with the selling realtors to make sure that the purchase went through.<br /> Peter works with you and explains every step through the process and was even able to recommend a lawyer and mortgage broker to make the process simple.</p>

<p>Peter made buying my first house easy and completely stress free. He knows every detail of the market extremely well and uses this knowledge along with his years of experience to effectively take you through every step along the way. From viewing homes at the beginning to closing the offer, Peter was always one step ahead and made the whole process hassle free. I highly recommend Peter as a real estate agent to anybody and would definitely use him again myself in the future.</p>

Peter was able to find the right buyer and negotiate on our behalf to receive an offer we couldn't refuse. As a first time home seller, Peter was able to provide me with the necessary info without having it be overwhelming. His approach, guidance and commitment to the listing exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Peter to any first time home buyer/seller, and will continue to use Peter for all future real estate transactions.</p>

<p>Trust is a very important part of the relationship with your agent. Peter helped me with the sale of my home and it went very quickly. This was a little bit of a concern for me because I thought it would take much longer and I had not started looking for a new home at all. I had 45 days and I would be out of a home. I started to panic. Peter went in to overdrive and made sure I saw every home I wanted to see. He set up excellent parameters so that my daily emails of homes met all of my requirements. I felt as if I had to make a decision quickly but Peter calmed me down and convinced me I had time. I knew I had put my trust in the right person. He made sure that I would get what i wanted and that I would not over pay. When a home I liked was over priced he did his best to get the price inline to where it should be and when the seller would not budge his recommendation was that we could continue with the higher offer it but I would be paying too much so it was up to me. When it comes to negotiation I do not think that many agents will have the skills that Peter has. He makes sure to gather the neighborhood knowledge to go in informed. We walked away and I am glad we did. Peter was able to fit all of my viewing requests into my limited availability. When we finally found the my new home it was priced great and Peter helped me to negotiate an even better price. He connected me with an excellent inspector so I really felt like I knew what I was getting into. In just over a week we saw over two dozen homes. Any time I was worried I was asking for too much, Peter assured me he was there to help and he really did help by taking away as much stress as possible. I knew I had chosen the right person to navigate my biggest purchase ever and i am beyond happy with the results.
