<p>Peter helped me when I was in a tough spot needing to sell my condo. He came over to the place and educated me about the neighborhood, the marketability of of my building and unit, and how my condo compared to other recent sales. Peter came up with a creative plan on how to sell my place and with his negotiating skills he ended up helping me to sell my place for more than I had expected. Peter made the sale process stress free and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.</p>

Wished I'd done it when I had bought.....just brightened the space beautifully.<br /> In end, my house sold in 3 weeks at a price $10,000 higher than few other realtors would have priced my house at. Peter truly knows the market, and has figures to back up what he shares. We enjoyed good laughs, and overall Peter guided the process as a top-notch skilled professional! <p>I work as a banking professional specializing in mortgages for Alberta and have been immersed in the real estate business for 15+ years. We chose to go with Pete, not only because he is a friend, but also because he came with a solid plan and had the no-fluff information and statistics to back it up. The whole process had to be planned as we had not purchased a home yet and didn't want to get stuck. We found a place in Cochrane and we went to multiple offer on that purchase and Pete got us that house which was amazing. Easy to work with and just an all around good guy. We have already recommended Pete to our friends and they have had the same results. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone.</p>

It look a little while for us to find what we were looking for and Peter was very patient. He was easy to get a hold of and always responded in a timely matter.
