Celina was everything we needed in a real estate agent. The decision to buy our first home happened to be during the COVID19 pandemic. Our first meeting with Celina was via Zoom within 24 hours of us contacting her. This meeting was about 1.5h and Celina thoroughly went through every step of the house buying process to ensure we understood what we were about to embark on. There was no delay when it came to seeing a house, even during the pandemic - with today's HRM market, houses are selling like hot cakes and Celina understood the urgency to get into homes before it was too late. This was very much appreciated and led us to find our dream home in no time! Celina ensured our safety when entering homes, bringing Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer. Celina always had our best interests at hand and consistently communicated with selling real estate agents to have our needs met and to aid us in negotiations. I appreciated that Celina was not shy to express on our behalf, which made us feel confident that we were getting the best service possible, especially as first time home buyers. Celina was very proactive and we were able to sit back and enjoy the home buying process rather than stress about meeting deadlines. Thank you Celina for making our first experience a memorable one!
