We are first time homebuyers and Celina helped us enormously with the vast confusing landscape of real estate. She was very efficient and clear when communicating important information to us and she was also attentive when listening to our desires when it came to what we were looking for in a property which as reflected in the properties she recommend that we view. She was extremely professional and didn't pressure us either way when it came to putting an offer in on a house. She was very knowledgable about things that I didn't even realize were important to consider when buying a house and I am very grateful to have had access to her expertise knowledge. I can't think of anything else I would want in a real estate agent that Celina doesn't have and I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy real estate especially first time homebuyers!

As a first time homebuyer, I could not have had a better agent than Celina guiding me through the process. I had initially anticipated a much more daunting and stressful experience than it ended up being for me. This was largely due to Celina’s honesty, down to earth nature, humour, and ultimately, her solid real estate knowledge. I had utmost confidence in her abilities to negotiate fairly and represent my best interests. She was extremely patient with my many questions (I was on a very steep learning curve so I had many questions!). In fact, even after closing, she’s still patiently answering my questions! Celina was always on time for viewings and meetings, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and she even connected me with a lawyer and an insurance broker! She never made me feel pressured or rushed. Celina is an absolute professional and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Excellent for first time home buyers, such as ourselves, for knowing what to look for during showings. Great at explaining things we encountered that we might not have even noticed. Matter of fact when looking at pros and cons of the house and never made us feel forced into anything.
