I really enjoyed purchasing my first home with Celina as my agent. We communicated regularly and she really got to know me and my likes and interests. I was comfortable telling her what I did and did not like, going to viewings with her, and I never felt pressured to make decisions. The offer, negotiation, inspection, and closing process was easier for me because of how clearly she walked me through them. I knew what to expect and when.

Celina is professional, strategic, and composed. She know's when to say 'lets get the next one', which inspires confidence as a buyer that it's not just about the current deal, but the 'right' deal. She also has a great reputation in the market and with other agents for bringing professional buyers and sellers to the table and doesn't play any kind of amateurish games. A true pro.

Celina is a down to earth agent that knows her stuff inside and outside the house. She is a great asset to any home buyer. Would not use anyone else to buy or sell in the metro area.

Celina is truly amazing! We would not have ended up wit the wonderful home we did without her help. She is incredibly friendly, prompt, professional, and most importantly- knowledgeable. She helped show us why several properties we looked at would have been a maintenance and repair nightmare- things which we wouldn't have noticed on our own. She always negotiates in your best interest and genuinely cares about her clients and their satisfaction. We will never use any agent other than Celina.

I would like to point out that I gave Celina 5 points in every single rating, not because I'm trying to be nice or because I am too lazy to truly evaluate her, but because she wildly exceeded expectations in every regard of our home purchase! She is outstanding in what she does and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of home purchasing. Even when it came to more in-depth hurdles such as home inspection, repairs, insurance, lawyers etc. Celina provided us with excellent contacts to work with. She showed us homes and gave us an unbiased opinion on the condition and everything inside them. She was available at any time of the week to give us advice and ultimately enabled us to buy a home. She helped us through a very tight closing schedule on our home and made sure that we were well looked after in every step of the way even during the Christmas and New years holidays! Buying a home with her help felt like a breeze and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
