We looked for real estate agents in Halifax in Seotember 2020 before we left Ontario. We found Celina online and connected for a video call. She was knowledgeable, professional and showed great integrity in her approach. We finally started shopping when we were in the area in spring of 2021. During the first couple of showings, Celina showcased her understanding of the home construction and neighbourhoods. She quickly modified the criteria of the homes on the market to reflect her better understanding of our needs. Once we better understood the aggressive nature of the market she helped us determine a winning strategy. We looked at 7 homes, made a single offer and won against 17 other offers in one of our target neighbourhoods. Celina has been a delight to work with and we highly recommend her! I used Celina in the past to buy my condo, and hired her again to sell the condo and buy a house. Celina made my first time selling so easy. I got a great price very quickly, and I really felt like I got great value in the process. I wanted a good price, but to not spend a lot of time on back-and-forth negotiations. Celina was able to make that happen. Celina's photographer took great listing photos as well. Buying for the second time was quick and smooth, especially considering the current market. Celina was able to help me choose a price and conditions the seller would be interested in, and my offer was accepted quickly. When I texted Celina "I want this house!!!", she got back to me immediately and we quickly had a showing booked for the next day. I appreciated the checklists Celina sent, it really helped me stay on track and make sure everything was completed on time. I used her recommendation for a mortgage broker, and had a great experience with the broker as well.

Our buying experience with Celina was outstanding in everyway. We came from out of province, during covid, which is obviously an extra stressful time, but she somehow mananged to make it a fun experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. She was honest,helpful and really made our whole transaction seemless. I feel she really got to know and understand our needs and was able to guide us into the perfect home for our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
