Celina is a fantastic realtor. She taught us so much on how the HRM housing market behaves. She was personable and quickly understood what type of home we were looking for. During property viewings, she was amazing at spotting interesting details on how the house was built or functioned, or how something could potentially become an issue for us as owners. Because of Celina, we did not overbid on any property. On our second bid, she guided us through an interesting offer / counter-offer situation, and we ended up purchasing our Dartmouth home on a lake under asking! Thank you Celina!
