We looked for real estate agents in Halifax in Seotember 2020 before we left Ontario. We found Celina online and connected for a video call. She was knowledgeable, professional and showed great integrity in her approach. We finally started shopping when we were in the area in spring of 2021. During the first couple of showings, Celina showcased her understanding of the home construction and neighbourhoods. She quickly modified the criteria of the homes on the market to reflect her better understanding of our needs. Once we better understood the aggressive nature of the market she helped us determine a winning strategy.
