As mentioned, my budget had us looking at ‘cozy fixer-uppers,’ and Celina skillfully applied her home assessment knowledge. Celina was helping me to view the home for its flaws, and its potential. She remained neutral in her commentary on the home, simply stating facts about potential, and potential issues with the property. As a first-time home-buyer her straight delivery of information was a relief. With a keen eye she commented on shingles, foundation, flooring, and lighting, her skill in this regard helped me to have a clearer picture in terms of what I should budget for the home, and for any future renos. This was extremely beneficial for me as it helped us to collaboratively develop bids that made sense for the market, and for my budget.
