I would like to point out that I gave Celina 5 points in every single rating, not because I'm trying to be nice or because I am too lazy to truly evaluate her, but because she wildly exceeded expectations in every regard of our home purchase! She is outstanding in what she does and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of home purchasing. Even when it came to more in-depth hurdles such as home inspection, repairs, insurance, lawyers etc. Celina provided us with excellent contacts to work with. She showed us homes and gave us an unbiased opinion on the condition and everything inside them. She was available at any time of the week to give us advice and ultimately enabled us to buy a home. She helped us through a very tight closing schedule on our home and made sure that we were well looked after in every step of the way even during the Christmas and New years holidays! Buying a home with her help felt like a breeze and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Celina was absolutely amazing over the entire process. She worked with us through a very tight closing timeline and offered excellent advice, to-do lists, and recommendations for everything from lawyers, inspectors, and mortgage advisors to plumbers and other tradespeople. When it came to choosing our house, she showed us the neighbourhood, walked us through the value, assets, but more importantly, she gave us completely unbiased information about the condition and her recommendations. In negotiations, we simply wouldn't have gotten our house if it weren't for her advice and counsel throughout the process. Our happiness and success was her top priority and it shows. Celina was available whenever we needed her and was always one step ahead of us in the process. She went above and beyond when working with suppliers, and she was just as invested in the health of our investment as we were. I've already recommended her to 3 friends and will continue to rave about our experience with Celina - she's a true gem.

Celina helped us as first time home buyers from Ontario purchasing a property in Nova Scotia. We first met in late July over Zoom where Celina went through her role, expectations for us and her, and referred us to a wonderful Broker, Sarah. Celina would arrange virtual viewings, provide a lot of information of what she could see and smell in and around the property, what to expect in the current market, and what to expect from a home based on its age. The Collaberation Centre to receive and review listings and the DocuSign systems made the process really seamless. We were also able to get support with to-do lists, negotiations/amendments, and professional recommendations. There were some points when communication was difficult, likely due to a lot done over email and text, but with a quick reminder these difficulties were easily addressed. Celina was incredibly helpful with our closing, helped us negotiate renting our property a day early and delivering grocheries to support with get us through the 2 week self-isolation period. Celina also welcomed us home with a delicious basket full of goodies, many of which were locally made, and offered codes for goodfood box, chef's plate, etc. These thoughtful touches really made us feel important. Thank you Celina for all your hard work these last 3.5 months during a very busy housing market! It was a pleasure getting to work with you and find our home.
