Celina was intimately familiar with the neighborhoods, properties available, properties sold, market trends, specific/unique issues (such as kivec), a good eye for possible issues such as water and plumbing problems, and so forth. She had a great list of reliable/credible tradespeople, contractors, inspectors, lawyers and insurance companies, making the pre- and post- closing less hectic. It is testimony to her integrity, dedication and reliability that I eventually found a property without ever being physically present: she would video interested properties, commentating as she toured, then upload for my review. After many attempts at a buy, I was successful. Very satisfied with Celina's time and patience.

Celina was professional at all times during the transactions of selling and buying. She was available at all times and always responded within a matter of hours. She was present at critical times of making offers and counter offers, she guided me with experience and education on what a "reasonable" offer would be for specific properties based on my set budget as well as market conditions. After the transactions were complete Celina still remained in touch to ensure that the move between properties was going well and then again once I was settled in the new property she continued to be present and ensure I was happy with the new purchase.
