She had a great list of reliable/credible tradespeople, contractors, inspectors, lawyers and insurance companies, making the pre- and post- closing less hectic. It is testimony to her integrity, dedication and reliability that I eventually found a property without ever being physically present: she would video interested properties, commentating as she toured, then upload for my review. After many attempts at a buy, I was successful. Very satisfied with Celina's time and patience.
