Three words - gets it done!!! Sunny is a seller's dream agent. His knowledge of the local market in Brampton is second to none. I interviewed a few other agents as well. While others were sweet talkers and "smooth operators", Sunny has a straight shooter no-nonsense attitude which is incredibly hard to find in an environment flooded with Real Estate agents. He was on-top of the market conditions and his method and approach to pricing a house for sale is balanced. I could tell that he was not trying to say meaningless things just to get my business - he shared his expert knowledge on the current environment to give me a clear and accurate picture of the market including things that were in my favor and things that were not. Sunny also did not pressure me into signing with him at all and in fact encouraged me to speak with other agents. He not only has the most competitive commission structure but also gives you so much as part of it. I was blown away by his marketing program and Sunny not only helped get my property for sale by getting it staged/cleaned, he also promised to help with some minor repairs as well. Moreover, I was going to be moving out of the country after listing the house and was concerned about the communication process but Sunny put my mind to ease and helped me throughout the process. He kept me fully informed throughout the listing and sale process and both him and his amazing team (Amarjit and Rabia) were always a call or text message away to answer even the most silliest of questions. At the end of the day, Sunny not only helped me get an offer that was in line with my expectations, he also negotiated astutely with the buyers ageny when they tried to back out of the transaction at a late stage. After working with Sunny, you can tell he is so passionate about his work and treats you not as another number, but as a valued client. He is a great human being and followed up with me throughout the closing process and put my mind at ease with any concerns I would have. After my closing, Sunny even recommended an agent to me in the location I had moved to for buying a house here. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Sunny and his team and will be sure to recommend him to all my friends and family that are looking to buy/sell/invest in a property in the Brampton area. I would not get very many viewings (1 maybe 2 a week) and no offers. The agent was blaming this on the slow market. Sunny and one other made the top of my short list and I chose to go Sunny because the services he promised to include in his commission surpassed those of his competitors. Sunny kept every one of his promises, was always extremely responsive, made me feel like I was his only customer in that he always gave me his full attention, and sold my house above asking price within the first 10 days.
