We listed our home in North Brampton with Sunny Purewal and I am very happy with my choice. We interviewed 2 realtors before him and even though another realtor advised that he could get us more dollars for our house, it was Sunny's honesty, integrity and straightforward attitude which sealed the deal. He provided free staging service, cleaning lady and even helped us when we ran into a little disagreement with the painters about the scope of the work. We got the price we were expecting in a reasonable amount of time considering a slow house market. Right after our sale, we started looking for a new house and purchased our new home with Sunny Purewal and Amarjit Singh in North West Brampton. Amarjit is an amazing person to deal with. He understood what we were looking for and is very patient. We saw a lot of houses and one of the Amarjit’s strongest quality was that he never pushed/pressured us into buying and always provided his honest opinion which was very valuable. It's not a gimmick. Sunny does sell, and he definitely knows the area! It was my first time selling a home and my wife and I were really looking for a professional to provide us with a piece of mind by taking us through the entire process. Sunny and Amarjit did just that when they introduced themselves. Sunny is very popular in Brampton, especially in North Brampton, where our property to be sold was located. I had interviewed 4 different real estate agents, and Sunny was by far the most down to earth, humble and dedicated realtor we had interviewed. We put up our home for fair market value and the property was sold in less than a month (we recieved an offer within 2 weeks). In a cooled down market this is very impressive.
