It's not a gimmick. Sunny does sell, and he definitely knows the area! It was my first time selling a home and my wife and I were really looking for a professional to provide us with a piece of mind by taking us through the entire process. Sunny and Amarjit did just that when they introduced themselves. Sunny is very popular in Brampton, especially in North Brampton, where our property to be sold was located. I had interviewed 4 different real estate agents, and Sunny was by far the most down to earth, humble and dedicated realtor we had interviewed. He picks up your calls instantaneously whenever you have questions - a highly underrated but very critical quality to have in my books - and provided the answers to our questions. In a time where the market has cooled quite a bit (compared to last year), Sunny was open and honest about fair market value appraisal and we appreciated that. Some Realtors were promising high amounts way over asking. Sunny was real - he spoke the truth and we were comfortable with it. We put up our home for fair market value and the property was sold in less than a month (we recieved an offer within 2 weeks). In a cooled down market this is very impressive. Summary: Sunny is professional and personable, he's got a proven track record, he knows the area very well, and his dedication to client satisfaction puts him over the top. We are very happy we went with him and will definitely reach out when we are looking to buy a home!
