Sunny sold our house OVER ASKING, no more than two days after it went on the market. The process to sell our home was painless and extremely efficient. We were completely satisfied, and would use Sunny again in a heartbeat.

Had an amazing experience with Sunny and his colleague Amarjit. I was looking at a large brokerage before getting a second opinion from Sunny as I felt the large brokerage viewed me as another transaction not a person. Sunny values your business, he never pushed me to sell with low ball offers, and both him and his colleague Amarjt did an amazing job negotiating an excellent offer and sold my house for the highest price on my street ever! This was my first time selling and both of them made sure all my questions were answered it was never hard to get a hold of them at any time. I would highly recommend them both in an instant.
