When we were ready to sell, we had a few realtors to interview. Sunny is the first one and the last one we interviewed. We trusted him right away and knew he was going to get the job done. And he did! His team was at our house the day after to help us with staging and his photographer took beautiful pictures. He gave us precious advice along the way and he REALLY looked after us. I never write reviews but this time I really need too. My husband and I where in a really tough situation and we needed to sell our house ASAP. We first got another realtor who couldn’t sell the house for 44 days we then went to sunny he sold our house in 7 days. Till this day I am stil in shock he was so caring and actually got us over asking price. He was honest and took care of us. We are truly blessed to have found sunny just in time. I listed my home 35 Miracle trail with one agent for almost 6 months but nothing happened except reducing the price again and again and at the end I fired him and called few agents and interviewed them and then I chooses Sunny Purewal because I felt he was very honest and straightforward !! The day I signed the agreement from same day everything start happening cleaning , staging and virtual tour . I was shocked when sunny’s team did staging ‘wow ‘ what a difference the last agent who did staging was no where near to sunny’s staging !! Sunny sold my home quickly and we got quick closing !!
