I listed my home 35 Miracle trail with one agent for almost 6 months but nothing happened except reducing the price again and again and at the end I fired him and called few agents and interviewed them and then I chooses Sunny Purewal because I felt he was very honest and straightforward !! The day I signed the agreement from same day everything start happening cleaning , staging and virtual tour . I was shocked when sunny’s team did staging ‘wow ‘ what a difference the last agent who did staging was no where near to sunny’s staging !! Sunny sold my home quickly and we got quick closing !! Sunny is a phenomenal Real Estate agent amongst the many in the Peel region. The very first time we met Sunny, we knew right away that he’d be a perfect fit. He was professional and very honest.
