<p>Our experience with Ina was exceptional! Recently we used Ina's service for selling our townhouse in Mississauga. Ina got us a terrific offer that we accepted within two days of signing the contract with her and net us much more than our original asking price.</p> <p>We also bought our new property with her. <p>First, let me begin by saying that we are a yonge family and also a first time home buyers. Given current housing market situation, ever increasing demand and prices we were unsure we could find something that would make us happy. In February 2016 we decided to start the search for our first house and we were introduced to Inna Halko! By the end of March we found something we wanted to own. Inna has exceptional work ethics, highly professional, knowledgable and approachable! She possesses great interpersonal and communication skills and most importantly, she is client-centred. Being a family with a newborn baby we were very particular with what we were looking for. Inna tailored her search to suit our needs. We found a beautiful town house that was well within our budged, located in the quite neighbourhood surrounded by parks and located in close proximity to shops, fitness, medical and recreation centres! Thanks to Inna, we are proud to call it home!</p>

I interviewed three agents from different real estate firms, and Ina was the most impressive - she was warm and friendly and also very knowledgeable and professional, a nice combination and it made her stand out in the crowd. People were oohing and aahing about our photos and virtual tour! Finally, our home sold in about three days much over asking price!
