We recently moved to our beautiful and spacious home in Bradford that we bought with Ina's help. Ina was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. She knew all our needs and answered every question we had. She offered information that we did not think to ask about that was very helpful in selecting the right home. She did not try to sell us a home that was not a good fit for us, rather she stayed with us until we found the right home. We did a lot of searching for homes on the internet, but all of the houses that ended up in the running were found by Ina. She was there every step of the way and was like a friend in the process. We always felt we could call Ina and she always returned our calls in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the people we needed to get in touch with. We had some problems with the sellers but Ina was there to help with the whole thing. All in all, if you are trying to buy a home and you want it to be a good experience, I would recommend Ina Halko. She was better than we could have hoped for and a great realtor and a great person.

<p>The most authentic agent I have ever worked with. I live across the country and we have never met, yet she gave me a feeling of being in each home with her. Took as many pictures and videos as possible. Did all the footwork for me. The documents were emailed via a special app and made my purchase a walk in a park. She truly represented me and looked after my best interest. When I was ready to rent out my new property, she found and interviewed each potential tenant, until the right couple was found. It took only a few days but she worked tirelessly.<br /> I was recommended her by friends and now highly recommend to anyone looking for a really good, hard working, honest and positive agent.</p>

Very professional, flexible, knowledgeable, always available and always with a smile on her face!
