<p>As a first-time homebuyer, I was embarking into unfamiliar territory and was seeking a knowledgeable and approachable agent. I also knew that I wanted to take my time and find a property that I could afford, and that also met my needs. I was very thorough in my search for an agent and found that along with other great qualities, Ina possessed what I was looking for in an agent.</p> <p>Ina demonstrated patience because a couple of weeks passed before I saw a property that I liked. When I did see something, Ina was enthusiastic to show the properties. She even prepared her own selection of what she thought I would be interested in viewing.</p> <p>I also appreciated that Ina was very accessible and always invited me to contact her, by phone or email, if I had any questions or concerns; she responded in a timely fashion, too.</p> <p>She understood my needs as well as good-quality, building construction and as a result brought me to great locations. Ina exposed me to possibilities! For example, she brought me to a property that I would have overlooked because the condo unit did not have everything that I wanted. She met with us that same day and, after hearing how confident she was that our house should definitely be listed $40,000 above what another realtor suggested, we hired Ina on the spot! She staged our house beautifully, and she hired an amazing photographer to not only take and post pictures but video as well. In addition, Ina also began showing our house even before it was officially on the market! Like every seller, we wanted to ensure that we received top dollar for our home, but we also needed to sell our home quickly to ensure a timely move at the end of the school year.
