<p>Ina was highly professional, empathetic and a good listener. Once we told her the truth that we are first timers to buying a house, she didn't take advantage of our naivety but rather took up an educative role to tell us the pros and cons of various types of houses and other aspects of the whole process. Of a truth, she went over and beyond in helping us locate our dream home. She knew both the areas very well and had the detailed information of different locations that helped us make our right choices. Even when we searched ourselves and didn't come up with much options, she made her own searches and we had a lot of options to choose from.<br /> If we are to say just one thing about her, she is a very patient experienced professional. Amidst our indecision at times, she calmly guided us through the 'maze' of home purchase in the current 'hot' Ontario house market. She was also at hand to tell us the next step we ought to follow, per time.<br /> I will more than recommend her and will always retain her services come next time!<br /> We ended on a very excellent note and are more than happy with the property we got through her expertise.</p>
