Ina expertly navigated us through every step, enabling us to find exactly what we were looking for, staying within our budget, and helping us to seal the deal with ease.<br /> With Ina, it was like we were visiting houses with a friend that just happened to really know his stuff about the Toronto real estate market. She always had our best interest in mind, including suggesting other options when she thought we could find a better match.<br /> When it came time to put an offer, she was able to expertly negotiate and get us a very good deal (especially in such a seller’s market). <p>Ina helped us with the purchase of our first townhouse in Thornhill Woods few months ago. Ina was referred to us by one of our friends. She met and exceeded every expectation we had. The entire process ran so smoothly and the majority of can be attributed to Ina. She was very knowledgeable and such a wonderful help. She had great recommendations for lawyers, mortgage companies etc. With her recommendations we were able to put together a team of people that walked us through the entire process and they were always available to answer all of the questions that we had. Another great thing about Ina is that it only took our first initial visit to some properties for her to understand what we were looking for.
