<p>We had never sold a house before, and Ina Halko's market knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful to us. She helped us navigate through an experience that can be fraught with stress. Her attention to details and positive attitude made the process easier. Her strategies were very sound: she did necessary staging as there was not enough furniture in the house and her marketing plan resulted in multiple offers and a great sale price.</p> <p>Ina also was fantastic in purchasing our new home! She gave us essential input and advice every step of the way and was patient, cheerful, highly knowledgeable, and most importantly, incredibly responsive. By responsive I mean that when I would text or email her with a question or need, whether early in the morning or well into the evening, her response was always nearly instantaneous. This remained true even after the closing! I have worked with different types of people over the years, so I am fully aware of how rare it is to find someone who always does what they say they will do. <p>First, let me begin by saying that we are a yonge family and also a first time home buyers. Given current housing market situation, ever increasing demand and prices we were unsure we could find something that would make us happy. In February 2016 we decided to start the search for our first house and we were introduced to Inna Halko! By the end of March we found something we wanted to own. Inna has exceptional work ethics, highly professional, knowledgable and approachable! She possesses great interpersonal and communication skills and most importantly, she is client-centred. Being a family with a newborn baby we were very particular with what we were looking for. Inna tailored her search to suit our needs. We found a beautiful town house that was well within our budged, located in the quite neighbourhood surrounded by parks and located in close proximity to shops, fitness, medical and recreation centres!
