Inna made our selling experience incredibly easy! I can't say enough about the expertise, attentiveness, and professionalism she brought to this process. She is amazingly knowledgeable, efficient and flexible,always was available for our questions and did everything she could to make the process stress free. Inna helped us with staging, her photographer did an amazing job, all photos , virtual tours, videos, feature sheets were done very professionally. Thanks to her, our condo sold quickly and for a great price.

We purchased our first townhouse in Mississauga in June 2020. Ina helped us with every step along the way including many showings, connecting us with a house inspector and helping us manage a very difficult seller and seller's agent. Ina was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home in Mississauga. When we first met with Ina, we were impressed with her local knowledge, experience, and integrity. What we did not know at the time was just how valuable her expertise would be. She pointed out all of the pros and cons of the homes we were viewing. We never felt pressure to pursue a home at all. After 9 or 10 homes, we found the one. We were very emotionally impressed with the house, we were willing to pay the asking price but Ina convinced us to negotiate so eventually we paid much less than we would offer. We are very appreciative that she saved our money. Ina guided us through the offer process and made sure we understood every step we were taking. I will definitely recommend Ina to everyone. We truly found the best agent in east Toronto when we chose Ina Halko. She was a Godsend! Ina worked extremely hard on our behalf. We were 2,400 miles away in another province. She acted as if we were right with her at all times. She handled things that no other agent has done for us before.  She identified everything we needed to do to sell our house. Ina suggested I sell it 'As Is" since it had not be upgraded since I moved in. She had a great photographer who came in and take very appealing photos and made virtual tour. She also recommended some really good people to fix up a few things. She brought her decor stuff to make the house look beautiful and attractive. After several days I had my house all set up for sale. Within one week it was sold much over asking price. I received 116% of our asking price. What more can I say?
