As soon as we decided to buy our first home, my parents recommended we contact their agent, Ina Halko. We couldn't be more satisfied with the professional we chose. She is very responsible, honest and was always available whenever we had questions or concerns about the process. We found our dream home very quickly and the whole process went fast and smoothly. We will definitely recommend Ina to anybody. She will produce the desired results. She made the first time home buying process completely stress free. She was also very knowledgeable and gave us insight no research could’ve prepared us for. Every step of the way was clearly explained to us and we felt at ease working with her. Ina was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home in Mississauga. When we first met with Ina, we were impressed with her local knowledge, experience, and integrity. What we did not know at the time was just how valuable her expertise would be. She pointed out all of the pros and cons of the homes we were viewing. We never felt pressure to pursue a home at all. After 9 or 10 homes, we found the one. We were very emotionally impressed with the house, we were willing to pay the asking price but Ina convinced us to negotiate so eventually we paid much less than we would offer. Ina suggested I sell it 'As Is" since it had not be upgraded since I moved in. She had a great photographer who came in and take very appealing photos and made virtual tour. She also recommended some really good people to fix up a few things. She brought her decor stuff to make the house look beautiful and attractive. After several days I had my house all set up for sale. Within one week it was sold much over asking price. I received 116% of our asking price. What more can I say? She was there for me every step of the way and I couldn't be more appreciative of how the whole deal was handled.</p>
