As a single older woman, Chad was instrumental with the sale of my home and relocation into a seniors home. Without his guidance, care and commitment to me I fear this would have been too tough a task to take on. Chad was patient as we began the process, he and his son moved much excess furniture that I no longer required before we listed, he provided a cleaner free of charge to help me get ready for the listing and again when I moved out, communicated with me regularly throughout the process and was so kind and understanding when I had questions and took the time to calm me down with his great sense of humour when I got worked up. He even drove me to my notary appointment and the city the day before the sale finished. Chad has purposely kept his business small enough so that he can take the time to assist his clients through every detail. As a senior who needed the extra hand his efforts were thoroughly appreciated. I think he has found his niche working along seniors that require a little more assistance and care.
