Also, he helped us get our home ready to list and did an excellent job negotiating an acceptable sale price and was able to close the sale in a few days! Thank you, Chad.

Chad was a pleasure to work with right from the start! He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond of what I expected a realtor to do. With my brother and I living on the coast and selling our mother’s home in Penticton, Chad was so helpful in helping us prepare the home. When we were getting to the closing date of the sale of the house Chad showed up with two helpers and worked all day cleaning up the rear part of the property! Again, Chad went above and beyond of what I had expected a realtor to do and would highly recommend him. We will be using Chad again in the near future in selling my wife’s moms home.

Chad was amazing , attentive, he cut through the "bs" and was concise and clear when reading through all the strata and form documents. Excellent agent. Not pushy but super responsive. I had a great buying experience and the former owner said it was one of his best seller/agent sales for precision.
