Chad Mielke is an excellent realtor. I know this sounds cliche, but Chad really did go above and beyond for us, and helped us to acquire our first home at a very reasonable price! Chad is kind, diligent, attentive, organized, and altogether a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend his services!

Chad was approachable, knowledgeable, and personal, after meeting Chad at an open house , he followed up an inquiry that we had . When we contacted Chad to discuss listing our house he contacted us right away, wasn't expecting that . Chad did his research on market trends for our area and explained where our house should be priced. Our house was on the market for about a week , then the inquiries started to happen. When it was time to find a forever home Chad listen to our requirements , made some suggestions , we did a drive by first before viewing, as the location had to be what we wanted. If you are a detailed person then Chad is your agent, that is the one thing that makes the difference when you are selling/buying real estate. We are lucky to have found Chad and know that he is there for us, the experience was great and would recommend Chad to our friends .
