My experience with Chad can be described as nothing but exceptional. From the moment we sat down together to discuss the sale of my home, Chad always listened closely to my needs and gave me his professional opinion on what to expect when putting my home on the market. From the highs and lows of selling my home to the purchase of another, Chad was there with his big smile and positive attitude, always encouraging and always working hard to keep my home at the forefront of buyer’s minds. He was amazing to work with, even going so far as roping his father in to help him dispose of my hide-a-bed when my home sold. He treated me like he would treat family, discouraging me of places that weren’t suitable for me to purchase and showing me places that were in my price range and always keeping in mind my needs. I would encourage anyone who is looking to sell their home or buy another to give Chad a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Chad was an outstanding realtor to work with. From the very beginning, he took the time to visit in person and helped us set a realistic price for our home. He provided excellent suggestions to showcase our house at its best, which made a real difference in preparing for a quick sale. The photos were incredible—our home had never looked better! Chad organized three open houses along with numerous viewings, and he stayed in regular contact with us throughout the process. After 40 days, we received an offer. With Chad’s guidance, we made a counteroffer, and a deal was reached smoothly. The closing process was seamless, and he even ensured the home was cleaned and the yard prepared for the new owners. I truly valued Chad’s sense of humour, his consistent communication, and his dedication from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs—I already have!

I am 99 years old and though I’m still quite active I did need a little extra help with the sale of my condo and elements of my move. Chad was wonderful and stepped right in helping to arrange some gentlemen to help get rid of the unwanted furniture and remaining garbage.he brought a housecleaned in to give my home a shine prior to listing and then he took care of every element of my listing and sale. I could not have done this without Chad’s calm demeanour and long hours. Thank you so much Chad for the great work and assistance with the sale of my home. I would recommend Chad to any senior needing a little extra hand in buying or selling as he was just so wonderful to me.

Chad was recommended to me when I was downsizing and moving out of province. I had plenty of furniture to donate and move to the dump and Chad stepped in and helped me with all of this.
