Chad is truly one of a kind. He went above and beyond to help my mom with her move to Edmonton. I cannot imagine doing this move without him. He helped remove unwanted items, helped pack, checked in, organized trades for required repairs and took incredible care of my mom. He is compassionate and patient and really cares about his clients. I cannot recommend Chad enough. By far the best, most conscientious realtor one could ask for.

Truly supportive agent. Our transaction was not a straightforward one and, in dollar terms, not a large one.
