Chad was recommended to us. The integrity of that person certainly motivated my wife and I to make contact with Mr. Mielke. When he arrived at our front door and within seconds of that meeting there was an instant connection. First, he has a genuine glowing personality, full of enthusiasm. As we began our discussions he took the time to ask and to listen to the reasoning for us wanting to sell our home of 29 years. After Chad left Jean and I looked at each other and said "wow". if anyone can sell our beautiful home this guy can. Chad has some unique traits. He is an extremely positive individual. It is obvious that he understands the strength of maintaining positive control of situations no matter which way things are going. His respect for other agents was very obvious. The feed-back we received from Chad after each showing was quick matter info was relayed it was always built around the positives and never the negatives. Jean and I could go on and on about the quality of this young man, but we will not. But we fully endorse Mr. Mielke to sell or help anyone buy real estate. Chad is absolutely fantastic to work with! He is professional and has a great sense of humour which made our time together thoroughly enjoyable. His background and knowledge in construction and renovations was extremely helpful when we were looking for a home in Penticton. He was always generous with his time, happy to answer questions and provide information. He was so flexible and went the extra mile in getting us into and showing us homes when we were physically not in the same city. He even exceeded our expectations further and got the home ready for us before we moved in. Without Chad’s quick thinking and initiative, I know that we wouldn’t have been able to find a home so quickly in the fast paced Okanagan market. He looked after us really, really well. We highly recommend this wonderful realtor.

I haven't met a real estate agent, or honestly a person in any customer service field who comes near Chad's level of care, charisma, knowledge and interest in ensuring his client is more than satisfied with the outcome of a deal. He went above and beyond in every stage of this sale. It drives me nuts how the humanity is often excluded from such a big purchase and life decision. He was happy to just call up the selling realtor, ask questions, tell our story, etc. I would recommend him 10/10 times. What a truly refreshing and positive experience this has been.
