Her organization, prompt communication, and professionalism lead us perfectly in finding a place that not only met but exceeded all our expectations. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied during every step of the process.</p> <p>We also greatly appreciated the fact that communication was as easy as sending a text! even at midnight lol ! From last minute viewings, late night discussions no matter how long we needed or general real estate knowledge, we were able to get answers to all our questions quickly and efficiently. We were long considered the idea of selling our smaller detached and trading up to a bigger detached home with a pool. After interviewing three groups of realtors we selected Amatul & her team . Amatul has all qualities a client asks for, Personable, proactive and an expert in her field. The process from selling to buying can be that smooth and stress free we never had any idea . Although Amatul is a very busy realtor still she always had time for us no matter what time of the day we call. - when you're working with her, you feel like you're her only client. Amatul listed our house with price based on her market knowledge and comparative market analysis. We were in the market for two days and we sold highest on street with multiple offers. We received money over our expectations lead us closer to our future dream home. Our Excitement went on peaks when she found us a property 100% we were looking for. She reached us within few hours of listing time and we offered the same day to avoid any competition and got it for an amazing price. We ended up in win win situation both ends. Good people attract other good people, and Amatul has amazing resources, including a fantastic staging and photography/videography team, She and her team agents were always there when we need them. She also referred us to a fantastic mortgage broker helped us to get best possible mortgage rate and terms. We can't thank Amatul and her team enough for all the help, and strongly recommend her services without any hesitation. They definitely are changing dreams into reality.

Amatul Is absolutely the best! We blindly trust her and fully confident that she will never do anything which is not to our benefit. We know her for eight years now and have bought and sold six properties and each time we sold the best on-street and she made sure we purchase the best deal in the area. She really cares for her clients and that one quality brings us to her again and again. From Listing the house until we move in she always guided us on every step with complete knowledge and experience. She knows her job and we noticed she is very enthusiastic and devoted. I feel words are not enough to express our trust in her. She has earned our trust and love also.

Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote her listings. Amatul Waheed stood out as the best to offer. Her google organic rankings were excellent , her social media presence was strong, and we could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. We invited her home and bombarded her with questions and which she answered with complete knowledge and patience. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work was beyond words. We sold our house in one day well above asking price n multiple offers over our expectations .She also helped us buying our new home which I guess was the best deal we could have ever asked for. We loved her energy and honesty towards her promises. We confidently recommend her always to our friends when they need help.
