When I started searching for our business purchase earlier this year, I wasn't sure where to start. I heard alot of great things about our neighbourhood realtor, Amatul Waheed so I gave her a call. She was super friendly - asked a few questions to understand what and where we were looking for and was able to help filter the list down while providing great advice along the way until we felt that we had the perfect business listing to focus on. From there, Amatul advised that she will have a dedicated rep who specialized in commercial real estate, Adil Mansoor, help us the rest of the way for this deal. Amatul assured that she will still be there if needed, but Adil actually handled everything from beginning to end including negotiating for the best possible price on our behalf, giving invaluable advice and network connections like reliable lawyers. The deal started in April and just closed last week mid-July, so it took longer than expected due to a few issues that arose. However, Adil always maintained a high level of professionalism, patience, and most importantly continued to be supportive throughout. Even after the closing, Adil still followed up with us to ensure we were happy asking if everything was ok and shared the same level of excitement for us. Even more notable, he treats everyone with kindness and respect, whether it was with the sellers, the landlord, my family, or the other agents involved. Some realtors just try to get deals closed asap to bolster sales numbers. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of dealing with a team and realtor in Adil Mansoor that truly is "client focused and strives for a personalized experience".
