We are living in outskirts of GTA now and sold our house in Vaughan with Amatul and she has helped us to purchase this house . Our experience with Amatul was absolutely wonderful .Being first time seller we had no clue what to do and we were so stressed as we wanted to move closet to my husband workplace. Moving to a ne city is not easy while you don't know which area is good or no. We met Amatul in an open house and her friendly nature and positive approach towards everything made her decide that she was our Realtor. She sold our house within one week by decluttering cleaning and staging. Show worked with our budget for her commissions including all services. She guided us about all demographics and area info for our purchase and we found an amazing house .Cannot be thankful enough to het and her team for consistent support no matter what time of the day or night w called. We recommended two of our friends already and they are happy too.

I have no words how I can thank Amatul and her team to take of us just like a mother does for her kids. 5 years ago when we bought our first house and had no knowledge of industry and real estate they helped us so well that today we made huge profit on our house sale and this was only possible with her hard work and being an amazing negotiator 5 years go for our purchase and today for our sale. I have known Amatul for 7 years when we first time sold our mom house with her help back in 2014. It was a record sale with minimum time on street that time . And recently I acquired her services to sell my investment property with tenants. I must say Amatul showed excellent communication skills to handle the tenant .
