What a great team and what a marketing they have. I love their videos and honestly I purchased a house for my parents after seeing a video on Tik Tok by them. Well what can I say about Amatul and her team? Exceptional sales and customer service experience that went beyond our expectations, and we had very high expectations. We had listed with an agent prior to knowing Amatul. Many months with little input or success. We then saw Amatul was selling a few homes in our neighborhood. We unfortunately had to fire the other agent, and then interviewed several agents. Amatul and team wowed us. She looked around the home. Sat down with us and already knew we needed to stage and what was needed to be done to successfully sell our home. Needless to say she put everything in motion and within 4 days our home went back onto the market. The transformation of her vision of our home was remarkable. Our family and friends were amazed and actually asked, "Is that your house? Wow!" Needless to say she marketed the property very well, and we got the house sold exactly on the date she predicted.
