I was referred to Amatul by my brother, who dealt with her in the past and was a happy client. My sale was a bit complicated, and I needed an agent who had lots of patience and perseverance. I found Amatul & Saad both the perfect examples. I sold my house and purchased another with them. I have referred them further and will always do.

Back in May 2023, I wanted to sell my house we had been living in for 22 years, in Maple. My wife and I wanted to upgrade to a larger detached home so we can entertain our guests easily with space. I had a limited budget but big dreams. It didn't look easy, but we trusted Amatul and hired her with confidence. She amazed us with the way she sold our house in a few days. Her team is amazing, her stager, her cleaners, Photographer, they all changed the look of our house. She made so many videos for social media. She had an open house, which was very busy. We sold our house for much more than we expected, making it easier to buy our dream house. She helped us to secure a house which we found much under market value coz that house needed a full flip. She found us trustworthy contractors at the best rates, and we transformed our place into our dream place at a much better price than we expected. She has a pocket full of resources, which helped us a lot. All I can say is that Amatul & her team are remarkable, and she will always be in our hearts

What a great team and what a marketing they have. I love their videos and honestly I purchased a house for my parents after seeing a video on Tik Tok by them. I contacted them and they instantly arranged a showing and helped me to secure the house with great price as per the area . Look no further just trust them.

Well what can I say about Amatul and her team? Exceptional sales and customer service experience that went beyond our expectations, and we had very high expectations. We had listed with an agent prior to knowing Amatul. Many months with little input or success. We then saw Amatul was selling a few homes in our neighborhood. We unfortunately had to fire the other agent, and then interviewed several agents. Amatul and team wowed us. She looked around the home. Sat down with us and already knew we needed to stage and what was needed to be done to successfully sell our home. Needless to say she put everything in motion and within 4 days our home went back onto the market. The transformation of her vision of our home was remarkable. Our family and friends were amazed and actually asked, "Is that your house? Wow!" Needless to say she marketed the property very well, and we got the house sold exactly on the date she predicted. Absolutely amazing. A realtor that knows this market and how get the home sold in a buyer's market! Furthermore, her teammember Saad did a lot of hard work finding us a place to lease and was successful in doing so in a short time. Finally, we have not only gained a great realtor team for life, but a lifelong friend that truly cares about her clients before, during and after the sales process!
