I consider myself a lucky one to find a highly regarded real estate agent , Amatual Waheed. She is the person whom you can count on when the problem arises, Amutual will stand up for you and commit her services from her heart. A real professional real estate agent. Recently, I sold my property and bought another which the deadline to close both on same day, with bad luck , my buyer could not find money to close mine , the problem arised now, my sale cancel my deal as a consequence I will lose my deposit to my new house. With luck, without asking her for help, Amatual proposed to help negotiating with my seller(because they asked for money to pay for the late penalty )and she volunteered to drop her commission 1% to help making this deal possible to close. I asked for Amatul’s help in selling my home numerous times first a semi and then a detached. She helped me sell above expectations about 150% above asking price. She had contractors come in and fix out hardwood floors for a cheap price and in less than a day. She also ensured that our basement was finished in less than a week. She takes the time to ensure that a house looks into best before putting it on the market. Originally we were looking for a low budget home, something within our price range, but with the large sell we were able to buy a 4000 sqft house that was above what we originally wanted. She also helped us buy a house for a very good deal. So not only did she sell our house for above asking price, she also helped us buy our new home for below the asking price.
