Amatul is a remarkable professional. She's also very hardworking, compassionate and brilliant. For selling my house I cold-called three realtors and after thoroughly interviewing all of them decided to work with Amatul for my sale and purchase transactions. She was the only one I met with the right mix of hard and soft skills. The truth is, Amatul was brilliant at negotiating. When we were making an offer, she knew what levers to pull and when. She put together an offer that included an incentive the seller hadn't even thought of - and then was able to meet it - in order to close the deal in our favour. Some things I noticed about Amatul: -She understands that TIME is the most valuable thing we all have - and I'm not just talking about the minutes for which you're paid. Being organized creates efficiency which is something I tremendously value. -She has as a methodical approach to her work and communications -She has the systems and tools for managing her time and priorities efficiently Amatul is likeable, approachable, and always a professional. Her skills and expertise in the real estate industry were evident from the very first meeting when she came fully prepared to discuss properties in my price range and the location I was interested in. She was also patient when it came to answering questions and going out to view properties. A potentially stressful experience turned out to be memorable and extremely positive from the beginning to the end. I'd recommend her to literally ANYONE in a heartbeat.

When I was choosing a realtor to sell my place, I wasn't sure I wanted a good friend of mine to do it because of the fact that it can be very stressful with ups and downs and many things may not go as planned. I was originally trying to decide on whether to go with Amatul and her team or my previous realtor whom I bought the house with (and who was also great), but after Amatul displayed so much professionalism and laid out the plan covering everything I was concerned about, I decided to go with her . It turned out to be a great decision. In a rapidly softening period in the market with inventory building up, average sale times lengthening, and most sales occurring well below asking price, Amatul delivered her promise selling less than a week after we listed the place even with a challenging buyer market. We ended up getting very close to the asking price with about as little stress and as short a waiting period as we could have hoped for. Throughout each stage in the process Amatul managed everything as you'd expect a great realtor would. While I can't promise you'll have as successful an experience as I had, I'm certain you'll get the best result possible if you go with her team as your realtor. We are still good friends and I respect her even more now that I've had her represent me
